Il Villino is an
enchanting place, right above the Lake of Palagione,
with shady trees around it and with a lot of sun,
due to its free position to east, south and west.
On the north side, the Montevoltraio protects us from cold winter winds.
So it is pleasant to stay here in every season of the year.
The guest's flat is
positioned towards east and south
and from its terrace with its shady pergola
you have a marvellous panoramic view
over the pool and the hills and valleys in the background.
From the pool (6x12 m,
about 20x40 feet), which is only a few steps from the house,
you have a very good view to the lake.
