*) Unless otherwise mentioned, the rent includes all incidental costs as weekly cleaning, bedcloth, towels, electricity, gas, water, heating during the heating period, final cleaning, use of the pool, satellite TV, telephone (incoming calls) and internet (via LAN and analogic modem).

***) other arrival/departure days than saturday/saturday up to +/-1 day are possible for a reservation of more than one week and are conditioned by available dates. In case this creates a reservation period of less than 7 days, the early booker's discount will not be applied for this period.

last minute discount 20%  
if you book not earlier than 2 weeks and not later than 2 days before arrival and pay a deposit of 50% of the rent within 2 days. (paypal/Visa or bank transfer to our german bank account).
