Villa Felice has been recently created from an ancient farmhouse, not far from old etruscan city of Volterra. 

From here you can easily reach not only Volterra with its important monuments and museums (about 10 minutes) and San Gimignano (30 minutes), but also 
Florence, Siena and Pisa in less than an hour. 

The farm offers the sale of wine, 
 olive oil, honey and other products of this area,
upon request also pecorino, 
the local cheese made from sheep milk.

 

Casa Felice offers: 
sat-tv, pool, playground for children, mountainbikes, 
fishing at the lake, trecking through fields and woodland.
Baby-bed on request (camping type).

 The comfortable and cosy holiday flats
are furnished in the classic tuscan style.
Some flats have bedsettees
in the livingroom.
 

Due to their size and the convenient prices, the flats are especially suited for families with children.

The flats sleep from
2 up to 5 persons.

The comfortable beds in wrought iron in the double-bedrooms can be composed as king size double beds or 2 single beds.

 
 

From the rooms you have a delightful view over the green hills around the farm, which are cultivated by your host without the use of chemicals.

 

 

 

The kitchens are completely furnished and even have an electric oven. 

If you want to eat outside, you will find garden furniture on the balconies or terraces of the flats and for common use on the ground around the house.

If you want to go out for dinner, you will find two restaurants in the countryside near by and tens of restaurants of every kind in the near by city of Volterra and at Saline di Volterra.
