"Tre Querce" is an ancient farm house  built in the traditional Tuscan style

The villa is situated on the south side  of a green mountain slope near Volterra (Tuscany) (in front "Tre Querce", left hand the big pool, a bit lower "Il Villino")

Take a bath in the beautiful panoramic pool.

At the groundfloor there are the meeting and dining rooms  with two open fireplaces, the big kitchen,  a small bathroom and the laundry room

The big dining room is also used as a meeting/tv room and with its big open fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere .

On the upper floor there are six bedrooms for 2 persons each.  Most of the double beds can be separated into two single beds. Two bedrooms have an extra bedsettee for children.

At the ground floor there is also an extra holiday flat with a separate entry, with a kingsize double bed and an extra bedsette for 1-2 persons und a bathroom w. shower, as well as a comfy living room with kitchenette.
