Wie man hinkommt: Vom Brenner her, die A1 bis Firenze-Certosa.
Dann den "Autoraccordo Firenze-Siena" bis Colle
Val d'Elsa. Dort Richtung Volterra auf der S.S.68.
Kurz vor Volterra (km 39, ca.) am Abzweig "Pontedera" rechts ab
(an der Ecke steht ein festungsähnliches großes Gutshaus "Roncolla").
Diese Straße ist die "S.P.439dir"; fahren
Sie bis nach Prato d'Era (eine Gruppe Häuser an einer Kreuzung, von der
aus es nach links Richtung Volterra geht, rechts ist eine große Landmaschinenwerkstatt
"Trinciarelli"). Fahren Sie die Straße nach Volterra links ab. Nach ca. 150 m
rechts steht ein Wohnhaus, in dem die Eigentümer Ihres Ferienhauses wohnen (Familie Rossi).
Gegenüber, ein paar Meter weiter, befindet sich die Pizzeria "Prato d'Era".
Wenn Sie von der Küste her kommen: Fahren Sie nach Volterra und dort Richtung Florenz/Siena aus der Stadt hinaus bis zum Ortsausgangsschild. Danach fahren Sie weiter bis zum Abzweig "Pontedera" (bei Roncolla), dort links ab und weiter wie oben.
How to arrive: coming by car from the airport of
Florence, take the highway Florence - Rome towards Rome, exit at Firenze-Certosa.
Then take the highway Firenze - Siena towards Siena and exit at Colle
Val d'Elsa. Entering Colle Val d'Elsa you will find the indication to Volterra.
At about "km 39" of the road SS68, on the right side you will find the
indication towards "Pontedera", turn right there. (On the
corner there is a big villa with a church, called "Roncolla")
This is the road 439 bis, follow the road until you reach a crossing
with a couple of houses and the indication "Volterra" to the
left. Turn left, the first house on the right side (built in red tiles) is the place where
the owner lives, his name is Francesco Rossi. He speaks english.
Coming from the coast: Go to Volterra and when you have reached the town, continue to Florence / Siena on the road SS 68. At about km 39 you will find a sign that directs you to "Pontedera". Turn left and follow as above.
Come si arriva: venendo con la macchina da Firenze,
prendete l'autoraccordo Firenze - Siena (uscita Firenze-Certosa) in direzione
Siena. Uscire a Colle Val d'Elsa e proseguire sulla S.S.68
per Volterra.
Vicino al km 39 della S.S.68 troverete una segnalazione a destra
per Pontedera. Seguite l'indicazione
sulla "S.P.439 bis" finche non arrivate ad un incrocio con case su ogni angolo
(località Prato d'Era). Girate a sinistra (indicazione per Volterra) e
la prima casa in mattoni sul lato destro della strada, dietro una siepe, è la casa del
proprietario del Podere Torricella, Francesco Rossi.
Venendo dalla costa: Da Cecina prendete la S.S.68 per Volterra. Arrivati alle mura della città, girate a destra e proseguite sulla S.S.68 in direzione Firenze / Siena. Vicino al km 39 girate a sinistra in direzione Pontedera. Poi seguite come descritto sopra.
