Campomondo is a beautiful property located in the heart of Tuscany. Campomondo is an old farmhouse which has been renovated to high standards and is now an ideal holiday destination for people who enjoy tranquility, nature and wide views across the Tuscan landscape.

Campomondo is set in 13 hectares of farmland and has unspoilt 360 degree views of rolling Tuscan hills and the medieval town of Volterra.

Have a wander amongst the 200 olive trees; enjoy the sun by the pool; read a book in the hammock overlooking the pond; have lunch under a shady pergola, maybe a barbeque under the starry sky; or simply enjoy the amazing views of the Tuscan landscape.

The house is 400 square metres split into two halves. The guest area (approx. 200 square metres) consists of a large living/dining area with big arched windows and a fully equipped kitchen.

A large terrace plus a separate sitting area underneath a pergola are directly accessible from the kitchen – great for all those beautiful meals outside!

Ideal for one big family or two smaller families.

The bedrooms of the house are upstairs. There is one triple room, one single room and two double bedrooms which sleep up to 8 guests.

All rooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes and each room is spacious, airy and bright. Beautiful, large red tiles are laid out throughout the whole property. Two bathrooms are on this same floor.

The pool is located at the other
end of the house, next to the Olive Trees.

In the large garden is a small
pond with lots of animal life,
lots of trees to hold hammocks
(which are available at the property)
and space to enjoy the great views, and also an outside
pizza oven and barbeque
which are available for use.
