approximately 1.5 ha-wide farm with an orchard and olive trees in the flat strip of
Versilia (upper Tuscany), between the coastline and the Apuan Alps, lies a nice country
house made up of two living units, one of which is inhabited by the owner. |

A private road leads to a yard
encircled by a garden lawn, part of which will be placed at the guests’ disposal.
A table with some chairs, beach umbrellas and outdoor games suitable for children can be
found in the garden. Sport facilities are just at a
stone’s throw: horse riding, tennis and five-a-side football can be practised. |
The 60-square-metre large unit is composed of an entrance with a fireplace,
a kitchen with a small adjacent room, two bedrooms
(accomodation is provided for 4 people plus a child), a bathroom with a shower. A tv set and a washing machine are at
the guests’ disposal.

The seaside promenade with its elegant shops and trendy places can be easily reached by
bike as "the Orchard" is about 1000 metres far from it.
Bikes are available without cost.
The nature park of the Apuan Alps, the marble quarries of Carrara
and villages of great historic interest are within easy reach and so are famous Tuscan
towns laden with art like Firenze (90 Km.), Lucca (20 Km.), Pisa (20 Km.).

flat is rented weekly starting on Saturday.
